If you join a Daily Tour, you don’t need to pay in advance. If you want to book a Special Tour, after you contact us you will be sent a PayPal link to pay a deposit online and guarantee our booking.

The price includes a bottle of water, bike-basket, helmet and reflective vest (when needed). In the North circuit, a guided visit inside the Recoleta cementery is also included.

Groups are no larger than 12-14 guests (that’s why booking in advance is essential). If the group is bigger than that, we will split the tour in two smaller groups or send the group with extra guides. Safety first!

Yes, the bike tour is absolutely safe. 80% of the tour we cycle in protected bikepaths and the rest we cycle in quiet streets to avoid traffic as much as possible. Furthermore, apart from the leading guide all groups are escorted by a extra helping guide that will assist you anytime you need.

Yes, our bike tours are designed to be as easy as possible. Buenos Aires is a flat city, so anyone of any fitness level and condition can handle the whole ride without getting too tired. Don't worry, you will be able to dance tango for hours after you finish cycling!

The tour lasts 4 to 4.5 hours. Enough time to discover the best spots of the city by bike, which otherwise would probably take you two or three days to visit!

Yes, we stop many times at the most significant sights of Buenos Aires. There, you will be able to have a rest from pedaling, take your photos and listen while the guides tell you fascinating anecdotes, secrets and all you need to know about the different attractions and neighborhoods of the city.

The AM tours finish around 1.30PM at our shop, which is sorrounded by really cool places to grab a bite. In the PM tours we will have a break around 4.30PM, where those who want can have snack or sit down for a coffee can do so. In any case, we recommend you to have breakfast or lunch before joining your tour (except of course if you booked for our delicious food tour: in that case come very hungry!)

Our tours are not to be cancelled in case of rain. That is why we recommend you to come to our shop even if it rains, because is highly probable that the tour will run anyways. Only in extreme weather conditions shall a tour be cancelled (always at our shop and never before the departing time of the tour). If this is the case, you’ll be able to choose to be reimbursed or to reschedual your tour. If you have any doubts and you prefer to call us you can do it to our phone +54 911 3408 2500 from 9am on.

The tours are guided in English. Our guides also speak Spanish, French, Portuguese and German. In case you prefer a tour in another language than English, let us know in advance.
